Product Origin & Traceability

How can I verify the origin of your products?
Every batch is fully traceable from source to shipment. Each shipment is linked to a voucher specimen, GPS records, and collector documentation. We provide full traceability reports and scientific authentication for every order.

Voucher Specimen System

What is a voucher specimen and why does it matter?
A voucher specimen is a pressed, preserved plant sample (leaves, stems, flowers) collected from the exact source tree. It serves as a permanent scientific record for each batch, ensuring botanical authentication and full traceability.

Certifications & Compliance

What certifications do your products have?
All products are certified or in progress for Sedex 4-Pillar SMETA, ISO, REACH, ETI Base Code, Food Grade, Contaminant, Pesticide, IFRA, FairWild Certified, Full documentation is available for download or upon request.

Compliance Documentation

Can I access your compliance and regulatory documents?
Yes, we provide downloadable COA, GCMS, IFRA, and regulatory statements for all products. Documentation is audit-ready and meets international buyer requirements

Sustainability & Social Impact

How do you ensure sustainable and ethical sourcing?
We implement a 50% tree rest policy, direct benefit sharing (50% of harvest value paid to collectors), community education, and zero chemical inputs. 10% of profits are donated to Somali social projects.

Where can I find technical data for your products?

Quality Assurance & Payment Terms

What are your quality control and payment terms?
All shipments undergo a 12–14 day QC/analysis period. Payment is due after verification. Standard payment terms are shipping upfront, balance after QC, with 30-day terms for select clients.

Order Process & Lead Times

How do I place an order and what are the lead times?
Orders can be placed via email. Minimum order quantities and lead times vary by product. Full details are provided in the product catalog or upon request.
